Nobody Books a Bathroom From a Stock Photo

A referral-led plumbing and bathroom business whose customers arrived by word of mouth, then searched the name and found nothing. Same stack as Ravenscroft, Next.js and Payload CMS, but built around the photographs: a gallery that zooms on a phone, and testimonials the owner publishes himself. The newest bathroom on the site is the last one he tiled.

Built So the Practice Never Has to Call Me

A referral-led anaesthetic practice in Gloucestershire with no web presence, and no interest in booking a developer every time a link changes. Next.js and Payload CMS on AWS, a deliberately shallow content model, and a publishing pipeline that gets an edit live in seconds. Since handover the practice has run the whole thing itself.
